  1. Is parking spot available?

    • Yes, every apartment has it’s own parking spot in a garage hall. One parking spot is free of charge. However it’s possible to get an additional parking spot for second car. It costs PLN 40,00/day. It’s necessary to book an additional parking spot in advance.
  2. Can I take a pet with me?

    • Sure! You can take a pet with you. All of our apartments are pet-friendly and we do not take any additional costs for pet’s stay.
  3. Do you provide a transport from/to the airport?

    • Yes, we offer a taxi with a private driver from/to the airport. The taxi driver will await you by arrival hall and will drive you directly to the apartment/airport. The price for an airport shuttle is PLN 70,00 for max. 4 people and PLN 105,00 for max. 8 people. Please call us or send us an e-mail if you would like to use the service.
  4. How can I get to the apartment?

    • Apartments are located at Chmielna Street in the centre of Gdańsk. You will find buss and tram stops just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You will get to the City Centre from the airport by buss 210 and SKM. It takes around 40 minutes to get to Chmielna Street from the airport by buss and around 20 minutes by taxi.
  5. Is it safe to book an apartment on your website?

    • Yes, the data sent through our reservation system is encrypted and whole booking process is easy and safe.
  6. Do I get a booking confirmation?

    • Sure, you will receive a booking confirmation right after the booking has been completed. You will find informations regarding your booking and all of the useful informations in a booking confirmation You can of course contact us anytime is you would have anymore questions.
  7. Can I cancel my booking?

    • Yes, you can cancel your booking but refundation depends of the offer. You can choose between two offers: flexible offer and non-refundable offer. If you choose a flexible offer, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7-days before arrival. You will be charged 30% of the whole reservation amount if you cancel in the 7-days before arrival. If you choose a non-refundable offer you will be charged the whole reservation amount in case of cancellation. The flexible offer gives you more possibilites and non-refundable offer is cheaper. You can decide which offer you want to choose during the reservation process. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding offers and cancellation policy. We will help you to make a best choice for you.
  8. What is the check-in/check-out time?

    • Our standard check-in time is 16.00 o’clock and check-out time is 10.00 o’clock. Please let us know if you would like to check-in after 23.00 o’clock. You will receive an instruction for self check-in at the apartment. Self check-in at the apartment is really simple and takes just a couple of seconds. You will find the key to the apartment on apartment’s door frame. Our service will meet you the day after your check-in in order to answer all of your questions.
  9. Which type of debit/credit cards do you accept?

    • We accept debit/credit cards: Visa/MasterCard.
  10. Can I get an invoice for my reservation?

    • Sure! You can ask for an invoice during making the reservation. You can also ask for an invoice during check-in or simpy send us an e-mail.
  11. Is it possible to store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    • Yes, you can leave your luggage in a luggage-store.
